I think the anniversary fight scene delivered on what was promised in the trailer. I also think the movie did a good job on not letting Build or ZI-O and their respective casts hog the spotlight. Tid in my opinion is a weak villain as the movie gives him no reason to want to do his plan other than being evil for evil's sake. The CGI on things like the Time Mazine look fake and out of place but the Denliner looks fine. The story is serviceable and ties into the franchise's history nicely.

I'm a big Tokusatsu fans since i was a little kid, watching Ultraman,Kamen Rider or Super Sentai, but Kamen Rider always have a special place in my heart. The first time I saw the trailer of this movie I was REALLY REALLY hyped to see it especially when the movie was announced to be released in my country too. But I guess my expectation for this movie is way too high,I thought this movie would be the "Avengers Endgame" of Kamen Rider franchise, here are the reasons why I don't like it as a movie to end the Heisei era of Kamen Rider:
-Really really bad looking CGI. Oh man,you wouldn't believe how bad the CGI in this movie were compared to the previous Kamen Rider series and movie,I don't even know why Toei's CGI went really downgrade in this movie. Another Kuuga supposed to look strong and scary but they make it looks like a PS2 video game character, the CGI for Zi-O's & Geiz's Time Mazine are also bad. -Rushed plot and forced storyline. I never know the reason why Tokusatsu movie duration is only around 1 hour and never actually reached 2 hours or even more. They could make a better plot and better storyline if only the duration is much longer. -The Kamen Rider feels soulless, they don't speak, they don't act like the character they supposed to be in the series. More like a robot with Kamen Rider suits
Nonetheless, this is still a good movie for Tokusatsu fans looking for a crossover kamen rider movie, just don't put too much expectation on it.
