A Forensic Files type show from France. It is well done. It comes with English narration and English subtitles. The first three seasons are available for viewing. It stopped production in 2018 (Season 4). 32 episodes are available. It looks at murder cases that have taken place in France. It treats the cases as whodunits.
The translators are awful - they are so boring that it is like listening to a piece of paper. I am surprised how long it takes to solve the crime. It is interesting because they do go into forensic evidence, but I am falling asleep in most episodes due to the droll nature of the male's speech patterns. It is ok - nothing to write home about. Not my favorite - I would LOVE a new "Forensic Files" - that is very interesting. Another thing that is hard to comprehend are the short sentences given to these offenders. One case had a serial killer that was not given a life sentence or the death penalty. Hey if you can't get the harshest sentence for a heinous crime like that - what would you get life for? Inquiring minds wanna know!!
