This is a brave attempt by kohli on the big historical saga

Kohli should know that this attempt will be directly compared to epic RAMAYAN which has a strong place in Indian minds

RAM character dighanth played good,lakshman was overwhelmed,Sita was very sad,hanuman was very lame and the villain of the society RAVAN was not at all terrifying

There was a bad need of strong scenes like Sita apaharan,war scenes,Hanumans vigour,Ravana terror, dialogues were not inspiring and hard hitting, costumes were good ,sets were colourful and direction was ordinary

You can show this to kids as it is in 8 episodes and they can link with their history and gk subject.

1. Must not lose the dignity of character.

2. Poor casting & acting.

You should only focus on the location, setup and visiual effects.

You should only make it large like bahubali and remains the story linear as usual.

Nice vfx, music and presentation but all lacks the emotion, and above all worst acting by sita. "Aishwarya ojha" made the whole presentation bad.

Aap Kisi bhi character ko Dekh k aapko feel Hoga hi ni ki ye Shri Ram Chandra Trilokinath Bhagwaan Hain ye Maa Sita Hain aapko lagega Ekta Kapoor Ka daily soap chal Ra. Maa Sita Ke Swayamvar mein aapko ek bhi Raja participate karta Nahi dikhega Sirf Ramji , Rishi vishwamitra aur Lakshaman Ji Gaye . Saare Yoddha zameen pe yuddha Kar rahe Hain . Hanumanji ko Wolverine Ka look de Diya Beard mein aur vaanar sirf unki poonch se darshaya hai face SE ni dikhaya. Acting toh saare actors ki Bhagwaan Ram hi Bachaayein . Valmiki ji ki Ramayan Aur Tulsidasji ki Ramcharitmanas mein inko kisne haq Diya ki change karke Apni cheezein dikhayein.

Great execution of story and fine acting by the young actors.

How do you analyze a show which has so little to offer that you would rather not waste time watching it? Well, here it is anyway.

Is Kohli trying to do what Mani Ratnam tried almost a decade ago? Is he trying to re-evaluate the roles of 'good' and 'evil',

BTW the series has been shot in Mauritius. So, only watch for the visual feel To arrive at this abysmal show's biggest disappointment, is how bland Kabir Duhan Singh is, as Raavan. While the actor has the physicality and the sinister beard, Singh's failings as an actor are all over the character. Kohli finds an interesting way to depict Raavan's ten heads, almost like an M Night Shyamalan character with multiple personalities, but the idea isn't explored further. In an age, where filmmakers tend to dig beyond the obvious to find a righteous 'motivation' for their villains, Kohli never manages anything beyond some pop psychology behind Raavan's inherent "evil nature".

The only appeal is A music video of the show titled "Jai Hanuman", featuring Amitabh Bachchan and Ustad Zakir Hussain

The biggest issue with this Modern Ramayan is that we can't get over to that old Ramananda Sagar Ramayan.

Tisca Chopra, Dalip Tahil and Anup Soni has moved me with their acting skills. A must watch web series for all.

Was wondering why didn't they show a single God or Goddess apart from The Supreme Lord Rama

Makers, please grow up and get yourselves enrolled in mythology workshops.

Even today in India women don't take the name of their husbands. How dare they show such a bold sita. I recently visited someone who called her alcoholic husband bevda but still dint take his name.

Its not about my values. Its about what has been written in History. It should be respected. You just cant make changes in your book when it comes to metaphysical matters. Pathetic!

Shri RAM is the one why we will be making sure our reach beyond Big Bang. Everything else will fade. Primary memory is not called so just for namesake.

SATyug if comes it will be here to stay. Ravan asked for forgiveness at death, he dint boast his attitude like it has been shown in this series.

With trailer I expected so much, The last three episodes were a total let down. Make a 7 (3hr) (7 Kanda 1)Bala Kanda, 2) Ayodhya Kanda, 3) Aranya Kanda 4) Kishkindha Kanda 5)Sundara Kanda 6) Yuddha Kanda 7) Uttara Kanda) movie series on 1987 Ramayan with enhanced graphics. That would be ideal. The incompetent lacking detail fight scenes, the vanars , absense of jamvant, incomplete hanuman story were so much troubling.

A total letdown.

It's just a propeganda against Hindus and lord ram.

Even I had not expected much from the makers who were dumb enough to dare to present this epic in just 8 episodes, but still it's worse than by worst expectation. If i try to wrote all the faults then it will be longer than all the episode combined.

To makers: You should read and research the subject before making anything. You can not just through anything in the name of entertainment. There are a lot of subjects for entertainment purpose, but not this of course.

Execution is the best part I witnessed while watching Ramyug. I suggest everyone to watch this epic.

Don't try if you already know you can't. Instead donate your money for covid-19 relief, GOD RAMA will give you blessing.

Watched #Ramyug few episodes and its a DISASTER all the way. It's terribly written, directed & performed . The guy who is playing Ram looks like Rahul Gandhi, also sports modern day hairstyle 😂😂 .. @kunalkohli what you have made sir ?

Some of the scenes have made this series so realistic! I found it to be amazing.

It's worst to watch MX player have to improve it's content quality.

Very poor casting, specially Sita, vibhishan, angad and Bharat poor editing, uneven story pace. It is very fast where required to be normal and very slow at unnecessary place.

Many of the actors are not even good in dialog delivery. The worst actor played by Sita.

Makeup: wow..Rakhasas are looking line normal humans, how? Vanaras have half beard how?

Ravan and Indrajeet are maked up like Terrorists' one star only for locations and camera work.
