Balconies. No chairs, benches or tall planters near the rails of a balcony is definitely a safety hazard!!!

I noticed on some of your shows that they remodel their balconies for their new pet, however! They show chairs, benches and storage boxes next to the balcony's edge, where a dog could climb up and fall off the balcony. Safety issue!! Recommend making sure that the benches, etc. Be against the building away from the balcony's edge. Even small dogs and puppies can jump or hop up on the furniture and climb up a small fence or edge and fall to their deaths. I hope the designers will take heed and reconsider the designs and warn pet owners of the dangers of putting objects that an animal could climb on!
