Protagonist Kogarashi Fuyuzora is able see ghosts and has had problems with the supernatural since he was young. Now he has learnt to fight back against unfriendly spirits. He is also rather poor. Looking for cheap accommodation he moves into a room at Yuragi Manor; a former hot spring resort. There is of course a reason the room is so cheap... it has a resident ghost. Yuuna is the ghost of a sixteen year old school girl; Kogarashi isn't about to hit a girl-ghost so he agrees to help her discover what is stopping her moving on. He soon discovers that the other female tenants have their supernatural secrets.
This series is a rather fun harem series with a supernatural twist. The story provides plenty of laughs from start to finish. There is a fair amount of nudity, although this was obscured in the broadcast version that I saw... that didn't bother me but I suspect the 'censor steam' will be gone on the DVD/Blu-ray release. As one might expect from such a series much of the humour comes from Kogarashi accidentally grabbing hold of Yuuna and finding himself in the presence of the other girls when they are undressed. The characters are likeable and it doesn't feel too sleazy... at least in the TV version. Overall I'd say that fans of harem shows are likely to enjoy this.
These comments are based on watching the film in Japanese with English subtitles.
