The film was conceived over Skype calls between Los Angeles and Vancouver in April 2018 and began production in August 2018. The filming took 10 days including an extra day In September, adding several new scenes. The cast, the cinematographer, and the writers collaborated on completing the story for the final day of shooting, spontaneously.
