When Detective Perkins is talking to Jess after Nick has been arrested for the hit and run, Jess asks the detective if there will be a trial. The detective says, "Not unless he plea bargains."
This is wrong- if he plea bargains there WON'T be a trial. The detective should have said "Not if he plea bargains."
