I watched this after I finished reading 'The year of the flood' by Margaret Atwood - completely unplanned - so I definitely felt on a bit of a binge of natural disasters 'entertainment'.
Both these pieces of work boil down to one simple thing. We don't live in harmony and sync with nature anymore, we don't respect it, and we will pay the price. Humanity is on an insane path of self destruction, it's busy with gender chats rather than the science of our home, our planet.
The series was a bit dramatic, of course, sometimes a bit stretched, some are the luckiest humans alive, but in the end still enjoyable.
Trust the science!
