Despite William J. Brennan being older than Harry A. Blackmun and Warren Burger, Robert Davi and Corbin Bernsen, who play Brennan and Blackmun respectively, are 12 and 15 years younger than Jon Voight, who plays Burger. In fact, Voight was nearing 80 at the time of production, with the three senior Justices being in their mid-60s.
Premiered in Spain on September 2022, almost three years and a half later of the original US premiere (May 2019).
