Fantastic acting and brilliant writing. This show proves that you dont need a lot of money to make quality content. Personally my favourite episode is the one called "About the mice and the people."

Here's how watching any of the episodes goes like:
First you will burst into laughing, then you will become sad because you realize how true everything is, then you will start relating to yourself, friends, relatives, etc. and finally you'll start to really dive into a deep thinking mode about the topic.
You can start watching from any episode, they are not really connected but if you do so, you'd want to watch all of them. You shouldn't watch too many at once if you'd want to reflect.

This show is once in a lifetime. Amazing headlines for every episode and amazing acting.

Brave and bold series portraying the problems and lack of moral of the Bulgarian society and political class. Kito is able to put you in a mini depression with his dramatic roles and make you laugh until tears come out of you eyes with his schizophrenic but always smart comedy.
My commentary is redundant but nonetheless, the writing and acting are beyond excellent. Every single episode can make you extremely emotional and leaves you with something to think about at the end. The show carries such a deep message which I really hope more people recognize and understand.

For me it is the highest level of ating, just brilliant. Every episode has its own charm and treats different human weaknesses in the best possible way. Much better than conventional series.
Kitodar is always producing incredibly genuine material. His characters succeed in blending a variety of assets and although individuals, they are always referring to a specific social group or a phenomenon. I love it when he throws a lot of chaos and random stuff at you, and eventually brings you back in a reality that you look at from a different perspective.
The show itself is a bright example of a thought provoking and engaging series, in what is otherwise mainstream Bulgarian TV industry.
Great stuff!

Seeing all the high reviews here, I went into this feeling very optimistic. This optimism did not last long. I was immediately let down by the simple lack of effort and talent that has gone into making this. Very disappointed.
This is a national treasure in Bulgaria. His humour is unique - one of the very few actors that can really make me laugh.
I made an IMDB account solely for the reason to review this masterpiece of satirical writing. The short clips produced by Kitodar Todorov on YouTube are very reminiscent of the short stories written by one of by favorite Bulgarian writers, namely the great Aleko Konstantinov. Kitodar's videos are probably the only piece of Bulgarian media that can make me laugh my buttocks off while watching and then fill me with dread, sadness and shame for laughing at the content. His videos portray the dire social situation of Bulgaria with the help of extreme sarcasm and irony.
As a closing note I want to recommend the work of Kitodar and his team to every Bulgarian willing to face the harsh reality of our current socio-political climate, without falling into the endless void of disparity along the way. I would also wholeheartedly recommend the show to all the non-Bulgarians reading this that think that they can grasp the themes of the show and can pass the language barrier (I might try to write English subtitles for some episodes if I have the time). And on a lighter note I want to wish Kitodar and his team all the best. Let your metaphorical river of creativity keep flowing infinitely, as it has for the last couple of years.
P. S. Sorry for the super convoluted review, it's the first one I have written and besides that I am not a very good writer. I kust wrote this to express my admiration tobthe creators of this superb content.

My name is Viatcheslav, I am from Russia and I study Bulgarian to understand Kitodar's videos.
Genius artist, very provocative and surrealistic dialogues, quite asside from mainstream shows. Funny, inteligent and also weird, finding specific weak aspects of our society and transforming them with lots of humour and sarcasm. Strongly recommend it !

Awesome, comedy at it's finest! There is so much genius in these series. Makes me laugh every time!
Europe is no stranger to satire - either mocking or praising the norms of society, or extrapolating on a particular behavioral quick that we all possess. This show goes one step further. In a feat of creative writing on the part of the Director Lachezar Avramov and actor Kitodar Todorov (along with a team of elves) they manage to encompass the elusive human condition, as well as the result of the human conditioning in modern day, post-post-communist, post-socialist, Bulgaria.
I have followed this show for the past several years and the themes vary from the can't-catch-your-breath-from-laughing hilarious to adopting a Rodin's "Thinker"-like pose a fuming a bit after having seen the episode.
As their craft develops I expect the show to become even better and I'll certainly stick around to watch it.
2022 Update: I am looking forward to the new season and the FFS team continues to shine a light on the human condition. I have also become a fan of Kitodar's gaming streams on Facebook - a combination of insightful guest interviews and engaging in-game commentary. Clean and hilarious.

Kitodar and the team behind Friday Five Sharp have produced the best piece of satirical cinematography I have seen in a long long while. All of the charachters I've seen to date have been spot on in terms of their thinking process about social and political circumstances. Much more people should be watching, understanding, laughing, crying and be inspired by this. Much more.

Best Bulgarian comedy *series*. Short comedy sketches full of wit, intelligence and friendly sarcasm.
Kito is absolutely brilliant actor and comedian.
His sarcastic, yet joyful humour is truly unique and always puts a smile on my face.

Probably one of the greatest comedians in the country's history. Both funny and in the same time giving you the aftertaste of a sad reflection in the realities of our society nowadays.

This series could easily qualify as the best Bulgarian comedy show. Always quality content and independent from the mass media. Keep it up.

Brilliant work. It's sarcasm at its finest. I adore the show, there's always something to think about after you're finished laughing, it's not just good comedy, but a differently-shaped point of view on various topics such as lifestyle, politics, celebrities, etc.
