Honestly, if you want to watch a drama that isn't complex or without much conflict. This is a show you can go for. It's a medical drama without much focus on the medical aspect. You can call it a rom com. This show isn't serious at all though it will seem like it. In order to watch this drama you need to throw logic out of your mind and must be ready for cliches. In short, it's a feel good drama. There are days when you just want to watch a show that isn't serious at all but doesn't have a terrible plot. You can say that it's a show for those days. If you are having a day like that like I had you can go for this. Otherwise don't. You will be disappointed. The cast was okay and so did the plot. For a lazy day this show didn't disappoint me.

Risky romance is a medical drama with no medical cases. The story like to focus on the relationship between the two protagonist and to built a romance that didn't really make sense. The male lead was too violent and childish, making it hard to imagine him with the girl. His condition, moreover, was used only when needed and they just forgot about it when it wasn't aiding the plot development. The ending, in addition, was rushed and didn't conlude everyones' stories well. At least this drama wasn't boring to watch.

This was an unpleasant watch. The relentless barrage of abuse and animosity made it very hard to see them being together later on, regardless of their chemistry. The same thing applied with that loathsome sister. They went overboard and made it challenging for any of them to redeem themselves, the drama needed to put a lot more effort to rectify the damage done which it didn't. Despite having a very relaxed and lazy 16-episodes, somehow they managed to screw up the last episode by shoving every last minute thing into it. It didn't give enough space at the end to wrap up and gave an extremely comical and superficial ending to everything.
The review by pennyelenabooks is pretty spot on, except I think a 6 for this show is very generous. The plot is very simple but I was definitely interested enough to watch the whole show. The cast all acted well but there were a LOT of unlikable characters - pretty much the only redeemable character was Joo In-Ah and the teen girl who she befriends. The cast is pretty expansive and I got tired of the side stories about half-way through. In-Ah's sister is one of the most horrible characters I've ever seen in a kdrama, and to be honest the way the show ended left a bad taste. There were a lot of things left unresolved or glossed over, and as the other reviewer said, the ML's condition was only used when needed. I agree that I wasn't bored, but that was the only real plus.
Overall if you want to watch something uncomplicated and angsty this is an okay, time-passer of a show.
