Ignore the stiff shirt fools that think that this doesn't cut the mustard. It's funny. It's not really Romeo and Juliet but who gives a rat's ass. The characters are troped. The story isn't at all close to the story it's based on. As long as it's funny.. who cares.

I honestly don't know how this anime currently has a 7.9 rating. In no way does it qualify. The anime is mediocre (nothing special at all), the characters are trite and cliche, the story line not original, unique or even with a decent twist. It's the old "lovers from different sides of the track" (theme established in the summary)... and not done all that well.
The male lead is so vapid and frankly stupid that one wonders how he ever became leader of his clan. There are some elements of comedy that are a saving grace, but it's a one-joke series: lovers in secret enemies in public. Gets old very quickly. The characters are one-dimensional, the plot elements ridiculous (of course it is anime, still...), the situations in which the characters regularly find themselves both repetitious and unbelievable.
If you enjoy good story, plot twists, and intelligent characters who work themselves out of difficult situations using wit and charm... you'll find none of that here. This is goofy on toast, and the toast is made of cheap bread. There are far better "crossed lover" stories out there.

Usually I don't like to read manga, but after watching it's anime and I just got a desire to read it's manga because I was not fully steadied by the ending of the anime... But I after I started it was really hard for me to stop ... I just loved this manga...I read it's entire manga withing 1.5 days ... I love this anime.. seriously there are very few animes which make me felt like I don't want to come to the real world... I'm not so good in all these kind of phrases at all but I think whoever will read my comment can understand my feelings .

Kishuku Gakkou no Juliet is a masterclass in romantic comedy. Inuzuka and Persia's secret relationship is expertly woven, with their societal differences adding complexity. The supporting cast is equally impressive, adding depth and humor. The anime's pacing is well-balanced, with each episode ending on a cliffhanger.
The anime thoughtfully explores loyalty, friendship, and identity, making for a rich viewing experience. Inuzuka's confession is a standout moment, with Persia's reaction being priceless.
I binge-watched the series in 1.5 days, a testament to its addictive nature. I'm desperate for a season 2, where Inuzuka and Persia's love can flourish without societal pressures.
