The pamphlet Donald is holding up of Cape Suzette has the name of the place formatted in the same style as the TaleSpin (1990) logo, which happens to take place at that very location. Baloo's airplane from the series, the Sea Duck, is also featured on the pamphlet.

Goofs
When the moon is eclipsed by the Earth, it is shown in the western sky, just after sunset. An eclipsed moon cannot be that close to the sun (positionally). It should be 180 degrees from the sun.

So since the sun had just set (in the west), the moon should've just risen (in the east).
