The most graphic sex scene occurs in the films closing minutes where we see a man aggressively thrusting into a woman (his bare buttocks are shown) on the floor. We see this on and off throughout the extended scene but some of the angles are quite explicit although anything other than buttocks is hard to catch.

Several brief sex scenes, many of them are hard to even notice but are very strange and bizarre.

The movie shows rapidly increasing sexual behaviors of people on drugs which begins with fondling and sexual dancing and ends with people having sex in front of each other.

A pregnant woman uses a knife to stab her belly with blood shown. She then slices herself repeatedly on her arm and then on her face while being told to by a group of people. Extremely graphic and disturbing.

A young pregnant woman is kicked in the stomach. Later on, she punches herself in the stomach to prove that she was pregnant (blood on her hands) and cuts herself (face and arms) as the other dancers encourage her to do so. The scene looks insanely realistic, as it's done in one take.

A man has his head slammed against a floor, although we do not see the aftermath.

A woman is seen lying in a pool of her own blood. It is implied she committed suicide with a knife.

A mother locks her eight-year-old son in an empty room containing an electrical box. Later it is shown that he electrocuted himself as his body is shown on the floor. The mother is shown screaming and pounding at the door in grief and then later is shown lying dead in a pool of blood from suicide.

A woman's hair is set ablaze. We see/hear her howling in pain several times, and she is seen splashing water onto her burnt scalp. This is very graphic and detailed at one point.

There is a scene where a pregnant woman is kicked in the stomach and then dropped on her head by another woman. Another scene of brutal violence includes a gang of men beating up a man.

The films hardest scene to watch shows a pregnant woman being brutally kicked and kneed in the stomach as she wails in agony. Her screaming and crying is very distressing to watch as she begs for help. She goes onto harm herself in various ways later on.

The films brutal violence comes from the effects of drug use.

While the movie is shocking, all of the graphic scenes don't last very long and are pretty brief.

Around two aggressive use of the word "cunt." 29 uses of "fuck" and its derivatives, most in a sexual context. Other milder profanity including 12 "ass," "bitch," 7 "shit," "slut," "whore," "damn," and "hell."

The scenes of drug use aren't copious and are mostly involuntary aside from some moments of cocaine use and one graphic scene of LSD use.

The movie involves everyone's drinks being spiked with hallucinogens. There are a handful of moments of cocaine use and drug references relating to it, and there is one graphic scene of LSD use.

As the characters in the film experience hallucinations and descend into paranoia, induced by the drugs, some forms of disturbing behaviour are depicted.

There is a prolonged scene consisting of intense music and a continuous shot, with the camera flying around.

Climax is an extremely dark film and not for the faint of heart. The depiction of an intensely bad LSD trip is insanely terrifying and heart-racing. As the dancers descend further into drug-induced insanity, the movie gets progressively more disturbing, graphic, and deranged.

Extreme and horrific panic inducing imagery from the 45 minute mark onward.

Definitely one of the most intense and terrifying movies ever.
