Cute idea runs out of steam fast
The idea of creating a web series about wanting an Emmy for that web series is a pretty clever one, and the first webisode is very funny. Unfortunately the next two episodes were less entertaining, and that was as much as I watched.
Each episode has a theme. The first one is dedicated to the premise of Megan wanting to win a best actress Emmy. She's actually pretty natural in front of the camera, so it's not unreasonable. She then parodies acting with crying and drinking and drinking and crying, which goes on a bit long.
The next two episodes, on weight and diversity, have a point and make it pretty quickly, but they are only a tiny bit funny. And there's nothing to really push you to watch the next one.
Still, most web series are pretty disappointing so she could win.

For Your Consideration
Are women funny?
This idea started out strong, but the series goes downhill after about 6 episodes. Marc Wahlberg would have probably been a better choice for the lead.
