Grandmother Theodora passed away in February 2021. The last time Vasileios Papatheocharis met with her was during filming this feature.
Vasy is portrayed as a fan of the team Aris Thessalonikis, as he is seen wearing the jersey of the team and "Aris 3" is written on his locker ("Super 3" is the name of the Ultras of the club).
Aris Thessaloniki has a significant history in basketball, as was among the top european clubs during the 80s and the 90s, while the football club provoked a mini shock in Spain (and in Europe), when, in December 2010 defeated the reigning Europa League winners Atletico Madrid, in their home. This victory meant the disqualification of the spanish team from the next stages of the Europa League 2010-2011.
