- Discovering just over two years ago some of her actor mother Eve Chester's possessions, she who passed twenty years ago while performing at Christmastime, interior decorator Miranda Chester, living in Seattle at the time, found and ended up connecting with a side of her family which she never knew about living in the small town of Carlton Heath, Vermont, including her now deceased father James Whitcomb also an actor, James' wife Margaret Whitcomb, Miranda's half brother Peter Whitcomb and Peter's family.
