Movie is fun but felt too long, same old story from Tamil cinema, flashback story is good but unwanted for this movie. Had to say this formula not working for Siva, he has choose different subject.

Seema raja is the third attempt by ponram with Sivakarthikeyan, Soori and Imman trio. The director believed in comedy which didn't work out. The movie is slow and the dialogues don't impress us. Some characters are seeming to be extras in the film. There is no strong villain element too. The historical part has come out so well but doesn't fit in the film. We couldn't see Sivakarthikeyan as a mass hero and he also didn't convince us to believe so. Samantha has impressed us with her Silambam skills. Soori has worked hard and has six-packs in the movie, but the screen play couldn't elevate his scene. Cinematography has been handled nicely in the film. Locations in a duet song catches our eyes. Songs are normal and not so much catchy. There are many logical flaws in the movie. The social message about agriculture has been squeezed into the movie. We could see the hard work of the whole team in the historical part. Best of luck for the next film team.

A movie should have a unique story to satisfy audience.logic missing in many scenes...

Very bad, it's not entertaing at all. Pathetic screen play and acting.

Woah! What a waste movie I spend about 2hr 30min.. Seriously I hate it very much.. All of them care about the intro scene of Siva... Simply cross your heart and say do you really likes that scene?? When I go to theatre I take a nap. Then the first half was over. Even my family said "let's go to home". I think it's a lesson to some family drama directors that you always don't fool audience all the time... There are so many aspiring film makers whose wish is to enter film industry. But some worthless director entered the field and waste it. This movie comprises of 5min hero entry, 20min pathetic songs, 10min logic less fight scenes, poor storyline, then finally comes the main weapon of director " tamilanin unarvu". Only good thing is that medieval King portion which says the ancient weapon 'valari' watch this at your own risk... In 2hr 30min you could spend good time in other

Don't waste your time! Worst Screenplay,Story, Casting,Songs everything

A Good family movie. Samantha did a good deal of acting and her silambam rotation is awsome. In this movie some replica of baahu.But the weapon used in those days was said in this film ....amazing.... Song not very good or bad...they were ok.. I liked unna vitta yaarum song. Siva and suri comedy were very good...loved suri's 6 packs

Must watch movie if u want pure entertainment with light story...... Sk acting is superb...... Soori did a decent job...... For the first time the duo combo didn't work the expectations...... Villain character wasn't natural and was looking awkward....... Visuals were great..... Song were good even though it sounded like a repeated track of D IMAN..... That raja scene was great considering the budget...... OVERALL A GOOD FIRST HALF AND LAGGING SECOND HALF

This is one of the worst movie I ever watched. Samantha and Sivakartikeyan justified their roles, Simran as the Female antagonist (Kaaleshwari) steals the show. The story and screenplay are extremely horrible.

Biggest mokkai and you will really feel frustrated. Your hard earned money and productive useful time, can be spent elsewhere.

An usual entertainer from SK. The only difference is that the movie looks like a mixture of most of the tamil movies. First half was totally spoiled with not working idiotic comedy scenes and introductions. Kadambavel Raja's characterisation and the whole flashback sequence was somewhat watchable. Camera work was fabulous. Overall, it can be watched once when someone wants to kill time.

Easily this is the worst movie so far. No story , same FORMULA and absolutely disgusting music. Imman should atleast openly copy some foreign song and put them , because his songs have become monotonous , absolutely same tune and he has not gone past his glory days of Myna/Kumki. I for one have loved his work in films like " ABCD,Whistle,Tamilan" .. He used to be so unique , now it just SAME copy of his own songs. Please sir , we want something new and please kindly move away from same tunes..

As for story , its literally bad and nothing new and half of the movie is cringe worthy and rest of the movie is unwatchable. Soori's comedy works in some and rest it just falls flat in his face.He should also stop twisting words and speaking like normal , thinking its a comedy, it was for sometime , but now he now .

Sivakarthikeyan does his best , but he could have chosen a better story

Compared to previous movies of this hero-director combo, this one sucks big time. the comedy lacks in first half . But the main headache comes with the irrelevant flashback scenes which was forcefully inserted in the movie. Better siva could have opted another historic movie instead of bringing that irrelevant story in to this movie. Samantha looks very beautiful. watch only if you have plenty of free time and if yu are a samantha fan.

Poor acting and poor screenplay. Waste of time.in tamil industry there are so many actors like rajini kamal ajith vijay suriya gaving us entartaiment movies and watchable movies. But this sivakarthikeyan whole movies are worst. Most over rated actor in kollyowood.

Feel good entertainer. Usual Masala movie., but still comedy works very well.

An entertaining movie. The lead role SeemaRaja was actually a real life character and the small flashback about the Pandian king Kadambavel Raja is true AF. Do watch it.

A nice movie starring siva karthikayan my favourite hero nice movie.
