There are a few scenes with women that are completely naked, but nothing is shown as hair or some other object is always placed quite conveniently.

Several sex scenes and nudity throughout.

Most plot female characters are wearing revealing cloths (nano skirts, skirt with slot, tops only,..) kind of as in adult male game. Plenty of female nudity scene without full details.

Gory battles throughout.

Lots of blood and splattering during fight scenes. People are seen being decapitated and having their eyes stabbed

Tons of gore, death, rivers of blood etc. Probably at least 50 deaths per episode....maybe not so much the first few but after that....yeah. Lots and lots of violence and bunch of killing.

Battle scenes can get over-the-top and extremely gory involving massive amounts blood and dismemberment.

Very bad slaughtering even from the main character that supposed to be merciful and nice. Many detailed scenes with blood, after high damage sword blow, looser is left suffering a while before finishing him with final fatal blow. Many instance of mid neck blow than after few seconds turn sword edge direction to the side, like they are enjoying that way of killing while the opponent is suffering in final moments .

Rated TV-MA for strong bloody medieval battle sequences throughout, and some sexuality and nudity.
