In one episode of the series, you can spot a reference to another, slightly less popular Crypt TV short called Stereoscope. This easter egg comes in the form of a sketch of the final monster from Stereoscope, the one with no eyes, sharp, uneven teeth, and strange scars all over its face. This sketch appears on a sheet of paper used for attendance that Rebecca signs her name on.
