Supa Modo is the story of a young girl whose dream of becoming a superhero is threatened by terminal illness, inspiring her village to rally together to make her dream come true. It is a heartwarming, cute and nicely made kids film that talks about difficult issues such as death and cancer in a rather charming way , so that younger addiences could be educated and moved.
It is a good film for kids from 7 to 12 years old and that's all.
It often feels forced, cheesy and clitche but if you are a parent, yuor kid should watch this fim!
This is a charming little movie for kids. There are plenty of things to criticize, but the movie has heart, and that makes up for a lot of sins. It won the best childish film at our annual film festival (MSPIFF) as judged by the official jury of kids, and I think they judged well.

We laughed, and cried. This film explores how differently folks handle a major challenge; shows how much we can love those closest too us; and refreshingly shows a community supporting its members. Lovely scenery. Beautiful music.

A beautiful tale of life and death, hope and love. This beautifully shot movie has an amazing script that deals with an extremely difficult ordeal and brings it to the screen with soft touches of light, smiles and dreams. Will watch it again.
