It wasn't the worst of worse but was bad. No story, rubbish acting. Disappointed Jonny would even agree to do such roles. Overall I would say wait until the movie's on TV to watch it.

First there are funny films that leave an impression for a lifetime (e.g. Golmaal of Amol Palekar, Chupke Chupke of Amitabh & Dharmendra, Hera Pheri, Munnabhai MBBS) and then there are those casual weekend watches which makes you laugh your heart out at certain moments during the film but nothing you'll recommend to someone the next day. Housefull 4 qualifies for the latter. One great thing about the movie is that it's NOT a vulgar comedy filled with hindi slangs (which many other directors bank on today to make people laugh). It's old school, clean and meant for a family watch & I really loved it from that stand point. Akshay Kumar is brilliant. Kriti Sanon is good too. Certain one liners are outright hilarious and will make you laugh. Problem is that the support casts (including stalwarts like Johnny Lever) are absolutely horrible. Chunky Pandey & Bobby Deol should stop acting. They are an eye soar. Johnny Lever's acting as a transgender is difficult to watch and in just how many movies more are they going to make Riteish Deshmukh behave in a feminine way. There's no originality left in that any longer. The music is terrible & the story is rubbish. However, the best part of the movie are the last 20 mins. So there's a bit to look forward to. Therefore, if you're not doing much this weekend, you might like to buy the tickets for this one or not. I'll leave that choice to you 😊

Totally waste of time. Previous all 3 movies were much better than this latest version. No fresh punchline. Pathetic screenplay and dailogue.
Film is only about money making in India, respect for Art is dead. No script, no acting, only big stars and plenty of crap songs that's what make movies in India. There should be a quality check before a movie is made public. Outside world when they see this kind of movie they might be laughing at us not on the movie. Directors and Producers of this movie should arrested for making this movie. Its pure nonsense and may cause migraine to some people in audience.

The movie is consistent throughout the runtime, consistently boring!! All those predictable and unfunny jokes with female cast being there just for glamour sake. Same old thing that has been there in this sort of senseless bollywood movies. Even if we consider the fact that this sort of movies have no room for logic and common sense, it should at least for a reasonable amount of runtime make people laugh. Dialogues like "Tatti chatle" and "mere upar hagdo" are used with the intent to make audience laugh. It's really ridiculous seeing these sort of movies are made wasting huge amount of budget. It's really time the audience boycott this sort of senseless movies in order to better the level of bollywood movies in future.

I can assure you if you are an Indian you will not regret watching this comedy in free time because this comedy is totally crazy and every character had done his best to entertain us.
Obviously Bala is now a historical character and you will enjoy seeing him but others characters are also crazy. The plot is a problem but I don't think people care for plot in case of comedy. This is a paisa-basul comedy.
Nothing new old story Housfull 1 was epic second was very good and third part was not that good as the previous and now this is going to be epic disaster because of grand budget , bad story and specially becasue of Bobby

This movie is exceptional, truly and epic reincarnation comedy. The best comedy movie of the year, and one of the best of the decade. However, the second best of the Housefull franchise after Housefull 2. This one is a gem.
The first half seemed okayish, above average, all the secrets were out. The second half, I must tell you, it was unbearable for my stomy. I laughed so hard, so loud, I couldn't imagine ever.
Akshay Kumar, Ritesh Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Pooja Hegde and Kriti Sanon, all have done a remarkable job. The best was Johnny Lever, oh my God! I couldn't take a moment of calmness. Mamma Mia again rocked it.
We need Housefull 5.
My ratings for all the Housefull Series are as below:
H1 : 7.5
H2 : 9
H3 : 6
H4 : 8.75
Yes, I'm an Akkian, but this is my true review, not a biased one unlike the idiot Taran Adarsh who never underands comedies 😂😂
I couldn't stop laughing when he Rated Prem Ratan dhan Paayo and ABCD 3 as 4/5, Dabbang 3 as 3/5 saying entertainer and one of the best movies of Bollywood Dil Chahta hai as 2/5 😂😂

Watched Housefull 4 with lots of expectations from this franchise but it's let down my hope. Total overacting by starcast, idiotic dialogues and mismatching of storyline, maybe because of two directors film. It's headache to watch out.

It's absolutely stupid to see that this movie franchise still continues to run, and makers only care about the money, and for this to happen all they need is an ensemble cast consisting of big names in bollywood, especially "khiladi" Kumar. The makers are don't give a crap about the content, instead only the box office numbers.

When we sat down entire theatre was shouting at nonsense jokes, cringy dialogues, it kinda feels like we are going back into the 90's era. The film itself doesn't offer you anything new, trailer does show that it has that medieval touch which was unique and turned out that the creators fail to execute it properly. Songs and music was rubbish. Don't go, it was a peer pressure that brought me to the theatre. Save your money. Or donate it to the poors and make their diwali.

Comedy is good. It's a different kind of movie where logic doesn't work. Critics are at times harsh in their reviews. They should have reviewed from another perspective. One time watch movie with good comedy by Akshay, Ritesh. The actresses were average in comedy. Ranjit is a veteran. I liked Pasta (Chunkey Pandey). Bhallaldev was a surprise.
Remember these kind of movies is a nice time pass at home when watched in OTT streaming service.
