I have never felt a film like this. Every line hit me and described what the struggle can be like to have an absent father. Beautiful use of metaphors. I watched it as a case study for my graduation film for Art School.
The most interesting and touching thing I find about this film is how the character of the protagonist, doesn't suit at all to the things he looks up. Konrad is in all his interactions with the outside world very kind and gentle. Only to him self he is very judgemental and punishing.
The way he looks up to certain excentric figures and people with the desire to be seen as special by his own father. Feels tragic and moving at the same time.
I felt the power of cinema through this film in it's essence: How a film can mirror your life.
Thank you for making this film!
