Kelsey asks if the painting is a real Degas, to which the receptionist confirms it is, but the painting is in fact not even close to a real Degas painting.

Connor says that he believes Todd's family is broke "like bankrupt" but that he'd need access to their computer to check into the financials. In the US, bankruptcy records are public record and could be searched by anyone, without needing access to the family's computer.

When Kelsey is with the baker (before the private baking session with Emily), he looks at his left wrist to determine the time, but he is not wearing a watch.

When Aunt Olivia and Kelsey were talking about Conner she said that Kelsey was under the spell of "Green Eyes" but in the best scene you can tell Conner's eyes are blue.
