I played this game before Until Dawn but say an entire gameplay walkthrough on YouTube and thought Supermassive Games did a fantastic job crafting that game. That being said this game switches from the horror theme to a crime thriller and does a decent job with an interesting story and the same decisions in choices you make altering the games outcomes. The game centers on a cop and an attorney investigating the case of the Trapper Killer. There are 3 parts in this game that take about 2 hours to complete, which at first puzzled me since Until Dawn was significantly longer, but after playing one time through Hidden Agenda I understand since you need to use your mobile device or tablet that can access the game app. While I played my phone went through 20-30% of its battery and was hot most of the time but if you need to take a break you have the option to pause the game whenever or quit with the game saving your progress. With this app installed you use your device to move your cursor for quick time events and dialogue options, review information found while playing the story and actions such as profiles and the plot in case you get lost, as well as also having the ability to play by yourself or with up to 5 other people! So you can take on the story as a team or play against each other and receive secret assignments of outcomes you want to happen without letting the others your playing with knowing, which I haven't tried yet but am eager to shortly. I will add though that If you play with other people, once you start a game you can't add more players but I'm not sure on if you can continue without having all the players who were originally there to begin. Throughout my playthrough I was intrigued and engaged the entire time and am only mad at myself for the ending that I got which was on my part of bad actions I guess, but was eager to play again to see what could happen if I did something differently. The graphics were good, good voice acting and engaging story for a short time to have fun in. There is a great amount of replay value in this game for yourself but also maybe for a get together with friends or family to try if you want for just $20 or less at Gamestop.
