Longbiao was released in 2015 after 4 years of review, and the quality is almost conceivable. It's more like a work for a new director to practice, especially the director was a drama before, so the stage feeling in the film is very strong. As a strong plot film, the bottom of the film is very important. Jimmy's motivation is in this work. Unfortunately, the final reversal is unconvincing. Finally, it is determined to forcibly transfer to the original family. In particular, the ending song puts many family photos that are completely out of tune with the film style, showing a full "desire for survival". Zhou Xun and Wu Zhenyu performed fairly well, but Zu Feng was robbed of the limelight by a long hair. In addition, the winter in Beijing is really not so cold. Southern friends have the opportunity to experience it.
The film completely brought me from one path to another different path of thinking. Who is the really killer? Who is lying? What did happen exactly? And how is this gonna end? I actually don't believe in anything nor anyone till the very end.
Excitement, enjoyment, sadness and regret. Mixed feeling goes with mixed mind.
An all the actors and actresses were grear performers. They totally dragged me from scene to scene.

A singer was killed by unknown person and the suspect was her son and manager..
The movie has lot of twists and turns and mysteries too...
We could surprise at the ending eventhough if we guess the murderer...
Must watchable..

Though the comments and rating are not quite positive, I just like it! Whether it's the dialogue, the scene, the interaction between Francis Ng and Zhou Xun that actually impress me. Even when I thought it was over, there was a scene flashback back to Wan Wenfang who singing in the bar, two boys admired her song. That scene is really touching me. It turns out that "Destiny" has arranged everything.
In the mood for a good ole who dun it? Look no further. This film has all the elements needed for a successful thriller. It would be hard to describe it too much without giving something away but know that you will not be able to take your eyes off the screen and for good reason as well as some technical reasons. First, this is an asian film so you're gonna wanna keep your focus on the subtitles and not miss anything. Aside from the that, the performances are magnificent throughout led pqwerfully by Xun Zhou. Just hard to find many faults with this film overall. The production value is beautifully done, the acting, the score, costumes, pace it all clicks. One of the better foreign films I've ever seen. Ke Zhou and his team knocked it out of the park.
