This movie popped up on my tubi app randomly. This move was weird but i am into odd movies so i gave it a full shot. It had a bit of a snuff feel, some of it very uncomfortable situations but i guess that is something good since it kept me intrigued. Also an excessively long rape scene... The acting was horrendous.
My real gripe with this movie came when i noticed that they decided to STEAL their 3rd segment from an american tv show called Fear Itself from 2008. The specific theft was from the episode called THE CIRCLE. I love that tv show and know every episode pretty well. So i was was blown away when they began reciting the lines from this episode of Fear Itself pretty much line for line... not only that but the plot was almost identical using "the darkness" and "the book" and every scene was pretty much stolen and remade in a restaurant instead of a cabin.
This is honestly a very disrespectful thing to do. If you are going to consider yourself a writer please give credit to the material you are referencing or in this case STEALING. Maybe because it was filmed in italy they assumed that the American audience wouldn't remember or catch on to their piracy. SORRY but I NOTICED!! . I wish i had the technology to make a side by side video lol it's disturbing how much they took from that episode. Well i am here to shout them out on it and i do hope that the creators of Fear Itself eventually get wind of this. Good luck in your future films. Stop stealing material.
