Loosely based on the life of Charles Albright, aka the Eyeball Killer and The Dallas Ripper, a serial murderer who preyed on the sex workers who gravitated around Dallas' historic Texas Theater. An amateur taxidermist, Albright surgically removed his victims' eyes after killing them. Albright was apprehended in 1991 following an investigation by Dallas police officers John Matthews and Regina Smith.
