Sophie Marceau - the female and French equivalent of Paul Rudd? She just doesn't seem to age either ... there's also Halle Barry of course - no I have not forgotten about her ... so I guess you can tell I am bit biased already. The movie is quite weird and her character not being able to tell that her new neighbor is a man dressed up as a woman.
On the other hand I reckon a woke crowd would say that assuming someone is a different gender than what they identify would be discriminating ... but that opens a whole new bottle of or can of insanity. The story itself is riddled with some fantasy/dreams too ... the bottom line is, you either buy into what the movie is selling you (maybe because of Sophie or because you like the overall charme of the movie) or you are not ... many seem not to care and that is more than fair ... I've seen way worse movies though ... also have I mentioned Sophie Marceau is in this movie?
