One of the best music videos of all times

The video has clear symbolism that anyone can relate to: we go through life like this tunnel, and things happen with us and around us, sometimes affecting us directly and sometimes passing us by. People are like drivers in these cars, pay attention to you only as long as you are in their way. And we suffer going through all this, looking for answers and salvation.

The jacket, to me, symbolizes how we THINK we should react to life's burdens and difficulties. It's what weighs us down, makes us doubt ourselves, feeling weak, and never satisfied with our own SELF.

But once you realize that these beliefs are just white noise, spoken by the voice of your "inner saboteur", we can take off that jacket of criticism/ negativity/ limitations and feel omnipotent in the face of any difficulty.

    You can't single-handedly change events.

You can't change the emotions you feel towards these events.

But you CAN change how you act.

Which in turn will change your emotions.

And then you can change the events.

A strange music video for a strange song

I remember I first saw this on TV a long time ago and had no idea what I was watching. Well, it's obviously a music video for the song "Rabbit in Your Headlights" by UNKLE and Thom Yorke from Radiohead. The video is about a man walking on a road in a tunnel, talking to himself. The man might be homeless and he talks unintelligibly. He gets hit by vehicles. However, each time he gets hit, he gets back up and keeps walking.

The song is really good and so is the music video. The acting, camerawork, editing, and such are superb. The ending is particularly memorable. Like I wrote, the video is definitely weird, but that's fine with me. It's a must-see if you're into UNKLE or Thom Yorke's music.
