This segment is both funny and arousing, as Dana gives a patented heightened performance as the self-absorbed modern gossip columnist. She has severely maligned Riley Reid with what we would now call fake news, accusing the beauty of having had her butt surgically enhanced. After Vespoli leaves, Riley arrives to confront DeArmond and eventually elicits a begrudging apology, followed by some hot sex.

Other scenes are almost as interesting, and despite the butt-centric title of the show, an emphasis on very big breasts is established. Ava Addams' humongous knockers are matched with Cherie DeVille's in a romantic lesbian seduction segment, Cherie doing the seducing.
