(at around 39 mins) When Brad (Hayden Szeto) is getting asked truth or dare in the hospital by the vending machine, the Hawaiian chips can be seen dangling/stuck in some angles and not in others.
(at around 53 mins) When Penelope was walking on the roof, when Olivia was driving through the fence, the first time she hit it, the fog lights were yellow. The second time they were off and the parking lights were on. Then they were on and white. Moreover, after hitting the fence twice, the car shows no damage to the lights or to the body structure.
At 55:09, the wound on Giselle's forehead appears as fresh as it was in the opening scene. Considering that many weeks are supposed to have passed between these two scenes, her injury should at least be partially healed.
When Olivia is sending the Facebook message to Giselle, she types "NEED YOUR HELP" in all caps. But a few moments later, when Markie starts writing the second part of the message, Olivia's words are now in lowercase.
At 55:00, Olivia tries to reassure Lucas by saying Giselle wrote to them on a fake Facebook account. However, that isn't the case. They wrote to Giselle on a fake account, not the other way around.
When Giselle Hammond was dared to light a random customer on fire, she uses a bottle of lighter fluid. Even if she managed to dump the entire contents of the bottle on the woman instead of spraying her through the spout as assumed, there wouldn't have been enough to soak her to light her entire body on fire.
When Brad pulls and aims his father's pistol, he doesn't cycle the slide which would place a round in the chamber and cock the hammer. The father would know the pistol essentially couldn't fire and could have taken it from him. However this assumes that Brad's father hadn't already loaded and cycled his weapon. Some people leave the chamber empty, some others do not. A police officer would likely keep the chamber loaded in case he must make a quick draw and shoot, just like his partner did when shooting Brad.
The house is so disused that the group has to push through cobwebs to get in. Yet the hardwood floor is dust-free with a freshly waxed shine..
(at around 41 mins) Before his interview Tyson was fixing his hair using his phone. When a new text lit up the phone read 6:40 p.m. However the time on the sent text was 6:53 p.m.
(at around 1h 8 mins) When Olivia and Lucas visit the former nun in Tijuana, the city is shown as very pastoral. In reality, Tijuana is a densely-populated city of over 1.5 million people.
When the characters arrive at the mission for the first time we see an ice chest, with fresh ice, stocked with beer that was waiting for them. Their visit was supposed to be impromptu, in a remote and forgotten abandoned church. Yet none of the characters are at all suspicious about this fully stocked ice chest being there.
At 55:09, Giselle's face is still dirty and she's wearing the same clothes that she had on in the opening scene. Considering she is supposed to be on the run from law enforcement, that is very highly unlikely. She would have at least changed her clothes in an attempt to disguise herself.
(at around 22 mins) When Tyson picks up Penelope to carry her to the couch, the shadow of the boom mic is visible on the wall at the far left side of the screen.
Olivia's mascara and lipstick stays fresh despite the life and death situation throughout the movie.
