Went to the Dalston screening and expected a decent effort but it was far, far better than that. Very amusing in parts and touching in others. So sympathised with Matty Vans when he visited the family with the spook problem. And the largely unknown actor playing the lead really carried the film, not forgetting the great support. Came out feeling that this was a genuine winner and deserved a much, much wider distribution.

I don't like scary films and went along reluctantly to watch this film. I laughed so much and so hard at this incredibly funny film, which delivered an unexpected twist at the end. What this talented team manage to produce on no budget is amazing. Have to watch again as I missed bits as I was laughing too hard.

Can't recommend this film more highly! It is very funny and cleverly directed; such a good twist at the end. All the performances are fantastic and Matty Vans is ridiculously funny. Here's hoping for a sequel...

I saw the screening at Dalston Rio cinema. Loved every second of it. Marty Van Niftrik does a brilliant job of holding the story together with a great twist at the end. Great acting throughout with lots of belly laughs. Beautifully directed and shot. If you get a chance go see it, do as you won't be disappointed.😀

This movie was genuinely hilarious I saw this at a screening in Dalston last year! I loved Matty Van's hilarious misadventures as well as Danny Gommorah's parts those were the best part of the movie. I'd love to see a spinoff with Danny Gomorrah or at least see Matty and Danny team up again!

All I can say what a superb film, with an enjoyable story line. It had me laughing throughout! It's a must see! Matty was brilliant .

The main cast were brilliant, Matty Vans is a very intriguing character and I'd love to see more of him the actor did an amzing job!

South African Spook Hunter belongs at the top of every mockumentary and horror/comedy movie list.

At first I thought the reviews and ratings were fake since I haven't heard from either the directors nor the actors before, but thank God I gave it a chance!

If you like The Office, Abbot Elementary or Parks and Recreation, this movie will be right up your alley. The actor performances were great, especially the Matty Vans character (played by Matt van Niftrik).

It was more heavy on the comedy side than the horror, but the sorry overall was interesting throughout and it fit right into the genre.

Really original funny film, worth watching. Highly recommended!
