A refreshing, and needed, twist on the food travel genre.
After getting to eat a chef's meal, Moscow actually learns from and tries to source all the ingredients in the meal. He has to do what our farmers, fisherman and foragers do to get our food to us. He is entertaining, relatable and curious as he takes us on this adventure.
Every episode transports you to each location and immerses you in not just the restaurants of the location, but through the process of sourcing the chef's dish, the growers, purveyors, nature, geography, ingredients and history of that place.
It's engaging throughout the episode with this depth of subject matter.
You can't stop watching and also don't know whether or not he will be able to get all the ingredients back to chef to recreate their dish.
