The American Thompson sub-machine gun was first invented in 1918 during World War I. It was a signature weapon of various US crime syndicates. It had various nicknames, one of which was 'Chicago Typewriter', the title of this series.
Author Han Se-ju tells some of his attackers, "Ignorance is not a virtue. If you have time to fight, you should read some books".
