Production begin somewhere in early 2000s when James Rolfe wrote a script for a fake trailer and made two spaceship models. Models somehow survived until principal photography in 2014-2016 and were used out of pure tradition.
Filming began in 2014 when back-to-back scenes were shot with Kevin Finn for a trilogy of trailers the first being Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde: The Game - The Movie (2015) and third is still being in production as of January 2017.
