Distributed on DVD in the home video market of street newsstands as a consignment product, after having taken part in the "Another Hole in the Head" film festival of San Francisco in 2017, more than 200,000 copies have been sold as of June 2021. Following the unexpected home video hit of "Devil's Drain", Wicked Potato Productions, which produced the movie, is working on another independent "zero budget" film, written and directed by its founder and owner, Gen. Psyklown.
