Asked about the making of his movie, Torin Langen replied he really can't remember the number of shooting days for 3 Dead Trick or Treaters. He shot that movie over 4 years when he was 18-22, and because of his age and the age of the cast/crew, they were pretty free to take a leisurely approach to shooting. Each short probably had 5 days solid of shooting, but lots of extra days for pickups and re-shoots as editing went along. He has no idea what the budget was, but probably not more than $6,000 before taking the festival run and promotional expenses into consideration.
