Before starting the film, I knew it was low budget and independent. The story was more or less what we've seen before, but with the director's own twist to it. No complaints there. The acting, for the most part, was average to above average. Besides some scenes, no complaints there.
My complaints are with the camera. I think the compositions were great in most scenes, but the camera was very inconsistent and could tell each time a different camera was used. The use of colors, the sound, and again, the cinematography was fine.
All in all, it is independent and there is entertainment found in it. I enjoyed it for what it was

I had to turn it off after the first 15 minutes. Story line all over the place and unrealistic portrayal of the "robbery"!
Typical Hollywood associating something good (the Title "Payday") with something criminal.
Ask yourselves what would happen if Actors, Set, Stage, Props, Director, Managers, everybody associated with this did not get or have a "Payday".

This movie was great! Kept me interested and wondering what was going to happen next. It came together well, and I love the shocking ending!
There was good chemistry between the actors and the flow of the film unraveled the plot in a good way. Going to watch another Chase Dudley film Beasts of the Field.

First I thought all the movie crew and director was on drugs when making this movie.
But it turns out this is a genius movie.
A must watch!

Was a very well put together indie film, the cast did a wonderful job and as well as the directors and the writers, I would say this is a must see indie film.

This film kept me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end.
The writing was excellent!
Lara Jean Mummert brought life to the character and kept me hating her from the first look in the mirror until the final scream.
Another amazing performance was Sandra Holliger. She brought me into the room and made me care about what she was going through.
The rest of the cast were No less engaging.
This is a do not miss.

This Rollercoaster of a film had me suprised at every turn. The story keeps you wondering what will happen next.
Derek Babb did an amazing job of making you feel his emotions.
Lara Jean Sullivan, Bishop Stevens and Tiffani Fest along with the rest of the cast gave a captivating performance.
The way the film is shot throws you into the whirlwind that is Payday.
With a skilled cast and crew I highly recomend this movie and I definitely will watch this again.
