Where can you find a poseur president character who is a twerp and makes a runaround in the presidential palace while the real president has been a chump and useless all his administration and is comatose? Then, the twerp has created a harem in the palace whereas the bad guys run the government for a long time you never know when it is going to end. Where can you find the characters who run through a hail of bullets from the bad guys who are too many and occupy the higher and advantageous position, not too mention better firepower, and yet annihilated by the former with the hero leading the charge, unscathed and looking good?
Where can you find a TV show where the zoom in of the camera at the face of characters in a number of scenes, before commercial breaks and episode end, if the number of minutes is collected and counted, would take half a season of its five-year existence? And mind you, the length of time for commercials is usually longer or almost as long than the episode.
Then the acting, especially of Mr Coco Martin, is campy, amateurish, and average.
Yeah, the original actor who played Ang Probinsiyano should be rolling in his grave right now. It's no wonder the station which shows the story should never be given a franchise for allowing this travesty to the art of TV drama making. This show will go on because many Filipinos are too lazy to be critical at how their minds are fed by.
