fix the female lead and get rid of love triangle it would be better

Overall it's a pretty good show. Like the non romantic plot line. Some of the romantic plot line was alright. Though the lead female sometimes drives me crazy. I don't want to give any spoilers but, she's dated before and still does stupid stuff that's inappropriate. She's always getting mad at the male lead over dumb crap. She's late 20's international age after dating for 9 years, so there's no excuse for her to act like she doesn't know relationship rules. The last several episodes were not as good. The lawyer got on my nerves a lot. (Love the actor, just disliked his character at times) Seriously not every Kdrama needs a frickin love triangle. I hardly leave reviews but I had to stop episode 15 several minutes before the end, to write one.

no way

Rating: 6.4/10 (MyDramaList)Plot Overview: This romantic-comedy-drama revolves around Hong Na Ri, a flight attendant who returns to her hometown after her mother's death. She is shocked to find a young man, Go Nan Gil, claiming to be her stepfather, having married her mother before she passed away. As Na Ri tries to unravel the truth behind Nan Gil's sudden appearance, they begin to develop feelings for each other, leading to a series of comedic and romantic events. Why It Received Low Ratings: While the premise of "The Man Living in Our House" was unique and had the potential for both humor and heartfelt moments, the execution fell flat. The pacing of the drama was often too slow, with repetitive scenes that didn't add much to the overall narrative. The romantic development between the lead characters lacked chemistry, making their relationship feel unconvincing. Additionally, the drama struggled to balance its comedic elements with the more serious undertones, resulting in a jarring tonal shift. These issues led to a decline in viewer interest, reflected in its low ratings.

Adorable Kdrama!

This is a must see drama. It has everything from comedy, to romance, to some action! I was so sad when it was over. I'm rewatching again!

Romantic, Suspenseful, Good Trimphs Over Evil Drama

I loved this show. Transformative for all of the characters. Isn't it a great story when the main characters evolve, become more human, etc?

The main character Go Nan-gil is played by Kim Young-Kwang, one of my favorite actors. A striking young man with a complicated, devastating back story. His smile is transformative & enchanting.

Soo Ae is an actress I have not seen before. She was excellent. Someone who is skeptical, sarcastic, and troubled turns into a woman who smiles, is giddy and dreams. She has been engaged for 9 years - why?

Lee SooHyuck is your not very friendly neighbor lawyer turned museum owner. Prickly, detached, critical, sarcastic but with a bruised heart.

Jo BoAh is fantastic as an interfering, coworker who covets Soo Ae's fiancee, played by Kim Ji Hoon, a very handsome guy. Woo Do-hwan and Kim Young-kwang are adopted brothers, but will their relationship survive or collapse?

This is a complicated story with many threads, but in the end, it's a love story, life-affirming good beats evil tale.

The chemistry between the leads is palpable. Dealing with their history, they are able to lay the truth bare, survive and prosper. A must watch.

Mediocre

The first 6 episodes were smooth, but than the plot turned dull and confusing. Plus the comedy element was a little bit weak, and so was the chemistry between the main actor and actress. If it weren't for the man lead, I would say this series painful to watch.
