Yes. Quentin Tarantino has screened the full original cut of the movie, dubbed Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair, a few times over the years, which runs at 215 minutes total. Whilst not dramatically different from Volumes 1 and 2, it does feature some notable differences. This version has yet to be released either theatrically or on home video.
There's no additional scenes. Several scenes of violence are extended (the violence in the anime "Origin of O-Ren" sequence, Gogo's disembowelment of the Tokyo Businessman, the entire House of Blue Leaves battle, which is presented in color instead of switching to black and white and the Bride cuts off Sofie's other arm during her torture of her). In addition, the cliffhanger ending of "Vol. 1" and the opening teaser of "Vol. 2" have been removed. In the former's stead is an "Intermission" card and the latter immediately opens on "Chapter 6 - Massacre at Two Pines".
