Sunny Leone and director Dilip Mehta fell out over the documentary when Mehta refused to cut scenes from the film which highlighted nudity from Leone's past projects. The actress did not attend the film's premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival and along with her husband attempted to stop the showing of the documentary in India, an endeavour that proved unsuccessful when streaming giants iTunes and Netflix picked it up for international distribution.
