Alex is the only character to have been consistent since the first entry. Cole was only seen in his respective movies, and Keira was absent from "Battle for Zero" but returned in "Revenge of Wii Play". Cole wouldn't return until 6 years later in "The Fight 4 All Reality".
Evil Jayden makes an appearance in an End-Credit scene in the remastered version. In the original, it is Scott Cawthon claiming to be preparing for a comeback.
The Movie initially released via YouTube in 2016, when Jayden was 11 years old. After accumulating over 1,600 views, it was deleted and a remastered, re-edited version took it's place.
Despite his role as the franchise's main antagonist, Chapman also voices Scott Cawthon in this entry. The two characters are unrelated.
