In the sequel to Wreck-It-Ralph which takes place 6 years after the events of the first film, Ralph and Vanellope leaves the video arcade and travels to the internet as they embark on a quest to buy a new steering wheel for Vanellope's game Sugar Rush off eBay. However, Vanellope desires to become a racer in a online racing game called Slaughter Race and Ralph fearing the game's lead character Shank is influencing Vanellope decides to sabotage the game by unleashing a virus in the game which soon gets out of control and the virus spreads across the internet and Ralph sets out to save the internet from getting broken.
