Over the 16 hour run time I found myself constantly wanting more and more. Through out the course of the show I became connected with many of the characters and found myself relating to their struggles and frustrations. The acting is superb, as well as the way the director used natural tension between the characters to increase their development. The use of lighting and mood allows for the viewer to more fully understand what each of the characters are feeling and going through. A beautiful case study on the effects of excellent and poor management and the impact it can have on teamwork, culture, and productivity.
