The Truth Exposed?

9/11: Ten Years of Deception (2015)

*** (out of 4)

Ten years after the September 11th attacks, a group of people gathered in Canada to go over the various bits of evidence they think proves that we were never told the truth about the events of those days. Some claim the government covered up key bits of evidence while others claim that the American government were behind the attacks.

9/11: TEN YEARS OF DECEPTION isn't really a documentary as it's certainly not put together in a way that a documentary normally would be. This here is basically video footage from the event that shows dozens of speakers giving their evidence as to why they believe there's a lot of lies going around about 9/11. Is the film worth watching? That's going to depend on your level of interest in the actual event.

I've seen the majority of the 9/11 documentaries out there so obviously I have a really big fascination with the day. I would argue that if you enjoy hearing the various theories out there then this is worth watching but just be aware that it does clock in at just under five and a half hours. At that length you may want to watch it broken up into parts, which is how it's presented on Amazon Prime. There you can watch it in four parts and that's probably your best bet.

I will say that some of the arguments brought up here are exactly what we've seen and heard from other documentaries. Some of the evidence provided here as proof that there was a cover-up has been seen in other documentaries as something that proves it happened as the government said. I think the bottom line is that we're never going to fully know what happened that day and I've yet to see a documentary that "proves" anything.
