Hallowicked defeated CHIKARA Grand Champion Princess Kimberlee in the main event to end her historic reign as the first female Grand Champion and to become the first ever two-time Grand Champion. Kimberlee had achieved a visual submission, meaning that she had Hallowicked tapping out to the CHIKARA Special but Frightmare had distracted referee Bryce Remsburg. Kimberlee came into the match with a bad leg, and the Nightmare Warriors had focused on it all through the tour.
Featured the official CHIKARA debut of Nixon Newell, who lost to Heidi Lovelace. Newell had appeared in dark matches before the three previous shows on the tour, and this was her first appearance on the regular card.
The title is a reference to Michael Crichton's 1995 novel "The Lost World," the second novel in his "Jurassic Park" series.
Featured Ophidian apologizing to Eddie Kingston for running the Snake Pit like a dictatorship during the Challenge of the Immortals tournament the year before, and said that for their match they should do things Kingston's way. Kingston told Ophidian that all Ophidian needed to do was fight. Their match with the Nightmare Warriors, which the Nightmare Warriors won, involved them brawling around the arena.
