In the movie theater many movie posters can be seen. Among them are posters for Eugen York's "Morituri" and Laurence Olivier's "Hamlet". Both these movie posters could not have been seen in a movie theater, since these movies are from 1948. The movie itself is set in 1941.

Disappointing

I first read Villa Emma written by Klaus Voigt, an historian.

Many important events haven't been showed in the movie, which becomes a teenager love story in fascist german occupied Italy.
