I have heard bad reviews about the movie, but then too I decided to watch it, i would say that my decision was not wrong.

Gujarati cinema is on the right path. Excellent performance by the cast , exceptional dialogue delivery from the lead actor Malhar.

Coming to the movie, I would say every middle class person should watch this movie. Every person who has taken a home loan or is planning to do so should watch this movie. You would love this movie. As you could relate this to yourself.

While watching the movie I was really thinking that, its my story, and everyone of you would you would also think so. Coming from a small town myself I faced a lot of hardships while booking my flat in Ahmedabad.

Malhar is exceptional in the movie, when I watched Chhelo divas I thought he is good in light comedy characters, but he has nailed it in this movie.

Watch it with your friends and family, it is a clean family entertainer

A good family movie night type movie. It has a very simple subject but you can relate to the subject as per your own personal version / experience of a big target or goal in life which kept testing your character every step of the way ("1 sandho ne 13 tootey") but through endless determination and help of a few good people and most of all, just before it all seems like a lost battle, a final stroke of luck, or devine intervention or parental blessings you finally achieve that target and it literally shapes you into a person you will be for the rest of your life!

If you have experienced any massive struggle like that in life, this movie will surely take you into your past and give you tears! It reminds you to appreciate where you are today so it is kind of a feel good movie overall. It is directed with a lot of heart but the director has lost momentum in quite a few scenes which were kind of unnecessary or too long than they should have been, especially many scenes with Hero's Hindi speaking office colleague really annoyed me and just felt like a waste of time. May be its the editing which hasn't been efficient enough and as a result the movie does get a bit boring or feels too long at times but if you hang on and keep believing in it, it soon becomes interesting again to keep you going till the end, kind of ironic because thats exactly how a big struggle (the soul of the storyline) also tests your patience throughout the journey!

This movie perfectly depicts how middle class people struggle to buy a home in real world and what a home means to them. It is a must watch movie and all actors have acted well. This movie also highlights the real estate nexus of builders which makes almost impossible for middle-class people to buy a simple apartment. The movie is an eye-opener for the society as it also highlights other social issues. In nut-shell, it is a must watch movie for a family. I went with my mom to watch this movie in a theater, and she enjoyed watching it. We went out of the theater with full of emotions as we have seen many families around us struggling to buy a simple 2-bedroom apartment even after spending entire life in earning.

Acting was actually ok.

The main characters were good and also Malhar.

The side actors were useless and sheer overacting by them.

One time watch but can be ignored.

Worst over acting ever. No intresting story, boring script and too much over acting by lead cast.
